Mail.ru starts testing cloud gaming service My.Games Cloud
MOSCOW, Nov 16 (PRIME) -- Russian Internet company Mail.ru Group has launched a public beta testing of a cloud gaming service, My.Games Cloud, the company said on Monday in a statement.
The service will allow users to play any advanced game in 4K resolution regardless of technical features of a computer.
At the beta testing stage, users will have access to games from such developers as Ubisoft, Techland, Funcom, Riot Games, Reto Moto, Spotted Kiwi Interactive, and others.
During the trial period, the service will be available on the territory of the whole country, but a user should be within a 1,500–2,000 kilometer radius from its servers for a convenient game. For the service, My.Games will use own servers located in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and the area will be expanded in 2021.
Versions for Windows are now available, and the company will issue versions for Mac OS, Android, iOS, and SmartTV in 2021.
